FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear before production.
The answers below explain how to begin safely, without inventing capabilities, timings or material claims.

What information should I send for a quote?
Begin with what you need to print, the intended quantity, dimensions, material or surface, artwork status and required date. Photos or a sample can help explain the application.
Can HDC advise which printing route is suitable?
Yes. HDC can begin by reviewing the application and physical requirements. The appropriate route is determined from the actual job, rather than a generic product claim.
Is UV DTF suitable for every hard surface?
No universal suitability claim is made. Material and surface compatibility must be reviewed before production is confirmed.
Can I send artwork that is still in progress?
Yes. Share the current state and explain what support you need. Artwork readiness is part of the production conversation.
Do the images on this website show client projects?
No. Material and process imagery is used as visual evidence and reference. Client work is shown only when it is real, permissioned and properly verified.
